VIP Party Buses
Please ensure you read the VIP Party Buses COVID-19 Policy, in full, before your booking or event.
All attendees will be managed on our contact tracing database. Details and information will only be used for the purpose of keeping our patrons safe and COVID-19 tracing.
Please make sure to follow your driver’s safety regulations at all times.
Please avoid physical contact and maintain social distancing on and off the buses.
There are no changing or toilet facilities available on the buses. Where possible we will make stops as required.
VIP Party Buses are back on the road from 29 June. On Government advice (15 June) we can cater to guests from a single household. When Government restrictions are lifted/lessened this policy will be amended to reflect that.
All patrons consuming alcohol onboard must be 18+ and show proof of age. No Exceptions.
Upon entering one of our buses, you are accepting full responsibility for your actions and understand there may be alcohol consumed onboard. You fully understanding that there are still dangers, hazards and risks of injury or damage, including, but not limited to, illness, sickness, disease and infection, when engaging in the use of VIP Party Buses
Illness, Sickness, Disease, or Infection. If you have any symptoms associated with, or you may have been exposed to a person with, a communicable, contagious or otherwise transferable or transmissible illness, sickness, disease, or infection, including, but not limited to, COVID-19 or the virus that causes it, SARS-CoV-2, or you otherwise pose a health risk to members, guests, team members or the public at large on account of such status, you may not engage in and will immediately remove yourself from the use of VIP Party Buses and contact our management team within 12-hours.
VIP Party Buses employ industrial grade cleaning equipment, methods and products to uphold a strict level of hygiene, disinfecting and sanitation protocols related to all trips, patrons, staff and equipment.
VIP Party Buses COVID-19 Policy is designed in alignment with current Government guidelines as of 15 June 2020, but there are still dangers, hazards and risks of injury or damage, including, but not limited to, illness, sickness, disease and infection, when engaging in the use of VIP Party Buses. These risks include, but are not limited to, contact with or exposure to other members, team members, guests, or vendors who are ill, sick, or have disease, infection, impairment, or other injury, as well as contact with or exposure to communicable or contagious diseases; infection or infectious agents; pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, mold or other microorganisms; and other health dangers, hazards and risks that can cause illness, sickness, disease, infection, impairment or other injuries.
Cleaning products, sanitation stations and single use products (cups, wipes, gloves, face coverings) will be available for all patrons onboard.
It is expected that you uphold general personal hygiene. Please wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use our hand sanitizer (or your own, if it contains at least 70% alcohol), especially before and after stops. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. Do not share drinks or food on or off the bus. Also, please refrain from excessive use of scented oils, lotions, colognes, perfumes or other fragrances out of respect for other patrons. It is also expected that you maintain our smoke-free policy while on any VIP Party Bus.
