Multi-Day Golf Tours
Touring parties playing several courses over a few days need transport that turns up every morning. We cover the full length of the trip, moving the group between hotels and courses each day, with airport transfers at either end.

Do you organise golf tours, tee times or accommodation?
No. Transport is our end of it. The coach or minibus and the driver come from us, and the tee times, green fees and accommodation are booked by you, your society or your golf tour operator.

How many passengers can you carry, and what if our numbers change?
Anything from 9 up to 102. The corporate and tour hire fleet starts with luxury 9-seat minibuses and tops out at 102-seat double deckers, so there is something to suit most golf groups. Tell us as soon as the numbers move and we can usually swap the vehicle or add a second bus at short notice.

Is there room on board for golf clubs and bags?
Yes. There is proper storage for golf bags on every coach, in alongside the passenger luggage, on every leg of the trip. If the group is large and everyone is carrying a full bag, mention it at quote stage and we will size the vehicle around the kit as well as the headcount.

Can you cover a multi-day golf trip?
Yes. A touring party gets transport for the length of the trip: hotel to course in the morning, back again in the evening, and the airport runs at either end. You can put the whole itinerary on one coach or have us handle each leg on its own, whichever suits your schedule. The driver and vehicle will typically stay with you throughout, so there is one person to ring all week.

Which airports do you collect from?
Dublin, Cork and Shannon. Send the flight details with your booking and we will build the transfer around the arrival time, then take the group straight to the hotel or on to the course.

What areas do you cover?
Dublin, all of Leinster and well past it. Kildare, Wicklow and Meath are practically on the doorstep, and we regularly run touring parties out to courses a good deal further afield.

What does it cost?
Every job is quoted individually, so there is no fixed price list to work from. What moves the number is the size of vehicle, the length of the hire and the mileage your itinerary puts on it. A single day out with one pickup and one drop-off sits well below a week-long tour with several courses and hotel changes.

How do I book, and how quickly will I hear back?
Fill in our quote page, email bookings@vipbuses.ie or call +353 87 116 6223. Give us the dates, the group size and the courses on the itinerary, and we will confirm availability and send a written quote, normally before the day is out.

What if a round runs late?
The driver works to your day. A slow fourball ahead of you, or an early finish, and the pickup simply moves with it. That is the whole point of having your own coach for the trip.

Are your drivers qualified and vetted?
Yes. Garda vetting and full qualifications are a given here, and our drivers turn up well presented, which counts on a corporate day. On a multi-day tour you will usually have the same one all week, so they learn how the group likes to run.

Can we play our own music on the way?
Yes, guests are welcome to play their own music through the sound system. And if the society fancies a proper night out after the golf, our party buses come in 16, 41 and 63 seaters.

No. There is no smoking on any of our buses.
