What’s on board the executive coaches?
Air conditioning and reclining seats across the fleet, with WiFi, smart TVs, contactless phone chargers and an onboard fridge for refreshments. There’s room for laptops, conference materials and luggage as well.

How many passengers can you take?
Our corporate and tour hire fleet runs from 9-seat luxury minibuses up to 102-seat double deckers, so tell us your headcount and we’ll match the vehicle to the group. The party buses come in 16, 41 and 63 seaters.

How much does executive bus hire cost?
Every job is priced on its own, because a morning shuttle across Dublin and a three-day conference contract are two different pieces of work. Send us the dates, the numbers and the route and we’ll quote it.

What happens if our schedule changes or a flight is delayed?
We stay as flexible as we can. For corporate work we usually keep one bus on one contract per day, which gives us the room to absorb a late finish or a delayed flight without upsetting anyone else’s booking.

We do, at Dublin, Cork and Shannon. Send the flight times in with your enquiry and we’ll build the collection around them. Luggage space is standard, so cabin bags, golf clubs and conference materials travel with the group.

Can you set up an ongoing staff shuttle?
Yes. Tell us the routes, the headcount and how often you need it, and we’ll propose a vehicle and a schedule with one point of contact for the account. We review it with you as your headcount or your timings change.
