VIP Buses RDS Wedding Show Ticket Giveaway, Sept 2025

  1. Promoter
    This competition is run by VIP Buses, Dublin’s leading provider of luxury party and wedding transport.

  2. The Prize

    • Five winners will each receive two free tickets (one pair) to the RDS Wedding Show, taking place on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September 2025 at the RDS, Dublin.

    • Tickets are valid for either day of the show.

    • Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

  3. How to Enter

    • Complete the online form with your name, email and contact details.

    • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed.

  4. Eligibility

    • Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.

    • Employees of VIP Buses and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  5. Closing Date

    • Entries close at 09:00AM on Wednesday 3rd September 2025.

    • Winners will be drawn at random and contacted by 12:00PM (noon) on the same day by email or phone.

  6. Claiming the Prize

    • Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of notification.

    • If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

  7. Additional Info

    • Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    • VIP Buses reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is VIP Buses.
  2. Eligibility
    • Entry is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
    • Employees of VIP Buses, their immediate families, agents, or suppliers are not eligible to enter.
    • The prize is for wedding transport only and cannot be used for any other event.
  3. How to Enter
    • Entries can be made at the VIP Buses stand during the Wedding Show trade show by completing the official entry form either electronically or by completing an entry form.
    • Only one entry per couple will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
    • No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  4. Prize
    • The prize is wedding day transport to the maximum value of €1,000 provided by VIP Buses.
    • The transport options may include VIP Buses’ fleet of classic cars, limousines, luxury SUVs, or party buses, subject to availability.
    • If the chosen transport package exceeds €1,000, the winner may pay the balance to upgrade.
    • No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification
    • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the Wedding Show event.
    • The winner will be contacted by phone or email using the details provided on the entry form.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, VIP Buses reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
    • An email will be sent to all entries announcing the winner.
  6. Prize Conditions
    • The prize must be booked directly with VIP Buses and is subject to vehicle availability on the requested wedding date.
    • The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the competition closing date.
    • Standard VIP Buses terms of service and booking conditions will apply.
  7. Publicity
    • By entering, the winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity, including the use of their name and wedding photographs for promotional purposes by VIP Buses.
  8. Liability
    • VIP Buses accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or illegible entries.
    • VIP Buses will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that might occur in connection with the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  9. Data Protection
    • Personal information collected for the purpose of this competition will be used in accordance with data protection legislation and VIP Buses’ privacy policy.
  10. General
    • VIP Buses reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
