How many people fit on each bus?
We run 16, 41 and 63-seater party buses. Groups start at a minimum of 14 and go up to 63 on one bus. Anything above that we split across two or more buses.

What is included in the Christmas pub crawl package?
Your own luxury party bus, a professional driver, complimentary prosecco, festive music and lighting, and reserved seating in three of the Dublin Mountains’ best pubs. You’ll spend around one hour at each stop before we bring you safely back to your pick-up point.

How long does the Christmas pub crawl last?
The standard package is a four-hour festive pub crawl, and a night out usually runs four to five hours from collection to drop-off. That gives everyone plenty of time for drinks, music and craic at each stop.

Is the Christmas pub crawl private or shared?
All VIP Buses pub crawls are fully private hire. The bus and driver are exclusively for your group, so you can enjoy the night exactly how you want it.

How much does the Christmas pub crawl cost?
Every job is priced on its own, so there is no fixed price list. The size of bus, your pick-up point and the date all move the figure. Each booking covers the full four-hour experience, including driver, transport, prosecco and reserved pub seating. Send us the date and your numbers and the quote is usually back the same working day.

Can we play our own music?
You can. Bring your playlist, plug in and take over the sound system. The one rule is no smoking on the buses.

Do you collect outside Dublin city?
We cover Dublin, all of Leinster and beyond, and we do airport pickups from Dublin, Cork and Shannon. If your night starts somewhere other than the city centre, tell us where and we’ll sort it.
