Wedding bus hire in Dublin
Get the Whole Wedding There Together
You tell us how the day runs and the bus works to your timings. Everyone lands where they're meant to be and the only thing your guests have to organise is what they're wearing.
One Pick-up Point
Guests gather at the one address, so nobody is working out directions to a venue they've never been to.
Leave the Cars at Home
Your guests can have a drink at the reception without one of them drawing the short straw for driving.
How it works
Guest Transport, Sorted Before the Day
We’re a family owned Dublin operator with over 20 years experience. Our drivers looking after your guests are fully qualified and well presented.

What Couples Say After the Day
Chauffeur-Driven Out of the House
The run from the house is the part everyone remembers and it’s the part most likely to slip. The chauffeur arrives early, waits, and leaves when you’re ready to leave.
- Pick-up from the house, the hotel or wherever you're getting ready
- Your driver arrives ahead of the agreed time
- Ribbon and floral decoration to match your colours, or bring your own
- A second run back for parents or bridesmaids if the numbers need it
Arriving When the Ceremony Is Ready for You
Timings get agreed with you, your photographer and the venue before the date, so the arrival lands on the minute you asked for and the photograph stops are already in the route.
- Arrival timed to the ceremony, agreed in advance
- Photograph stops written into the day's route
- The car kept clean and presented for the pictures
- Late ceremony or an extra stop? Your driver works around it
The Leg Between the Two Venues
The gap between the ceremony and the meal is where a wedding day tends to lose half an hour. With a chauffeur on that leg, you arrive at the hotel to the clock the venue is working to.
- One run from the ceremony to the reception venue
- Timed to the hotel's sit-down
- Venues across Dublin, all of Leinster and beyond
- Evening drop-offs quoted in at the same time
A Bus Behind the Wedding Car
Plenty of couples book the chauffeur for themselves and a bus for everybody else. One pick-up point for the guests means no relative is following a strange road to a venue they’ve never seen.
- Minibuses and coaches seating up to 41
- One pick-up point for the whole group
- Guests can have a drink without somebody drawing the short straw
For the Family Flying In
Relatives coming from abroad can be collected at arrivals and brought straight to where they’re staying, so they land into the wedding instead of a taxi rank.
- Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports
- Straight to the hotel or on to the venue
- One collection for a group arriving on the same flight
- Send the flight numbers with your enquiry
The Hen, the Stag and the Night Before
Guests can play their own music the whole way, which is why the party bus gets booked for everything in the run-up to the wedding.
- Karaoke and a light-up dance floor
- Tables with drinks holders built in
- 16, 41 and 63 seaters
Talk to us about the day
Get the Transport Off Your List
Call or email us with your date, the cars you fancy and your guest numbers. We’re family owned and Dublin based, so you’ll be dealing with us directly and we’ll come back with a price, usually the same working day.
-
How much does a wedding bus cost?
Every job is priced on its own. A short run to a church around the corner and a wedding at a country house two hours out are very different jobs, so there’s no fixed price list. Once we have the date and the venues, we’ll put a price together for you.
-
How many guests fit on the bus?
Our wedding buses run from minibuses up to a 63-seater coach. Once you have a rough head count, we can tell you which size suits your group.
-
Can the bus do the ceremony and then the reception?
Yes. Most weddings run across a couple of addresses, and the bus drives the order you set out. Put the addresses and the times into your enquiry so the quote covers the full run.
-
Do you cover venues outside Dublin?
We do. Dublin, all of Leinster and beyond. A venue an hour or two outside the city is a normal day’s work for us.
-
Can you collect guests from the airport?
Yes, at Dublin, Cork and Shannon. If family are flying in for the wedding, include the flight times in your enquiry so the collection can be planned around them.
-
Who will be driving?
One of our drivers. They’re fully qualified and well presented, and they know the roads around Dublin and out through Leinster.
-
What condition are the buses in?
The fleet has been newly refurbished and upgraded. The fleet page has photographs of the buses if you want a look before you commit to anything.
-
Can guests play their own music?
They can. Guests are welcome to put their own music on for the journey.
-
Can we smoke on the bus?
No. There’s no smoking on any of our buses.
-
Can we use you for the hen or the stag too?
Plenty of couples do. The party bus is the one most groups want for those nights, and each booking gets its own price.
-
When should we get in touch?
Whenever your date is set. Even if the venues aren’t confirmed yet, send the date over and the rest can be filled in as it firms up.
-
How do we book?
